===スタッフからのご挨拶  

北 栄輔（センター長） 

名古屋大学高等教育研究センター長の北です。私は、2020年よりセンター長を務めています。高等教育研究センターは1998年以来、ファカルティ・デベロップメント（FD）とスタッフ・デベロップメント（SD）を実施し、大学教育の改善に貢献してきました。2021年8月、高等教育研究センターは文部科学省よりFDとSDの大学間ハブとして承認されましたが、このプログラムは何度か延長され、2029年まで継続されます。名古屋大学と岐阜大学は、東海国立大学機構として経営統合されましたが、高等教育研究センターのメンバーは東海国立大学機構のアカデミックセントラルに所属して、活発に活動しています。

最後になりますが、本年度も何人か移動された方がおられました。和嶋雄一郎先生と竹永啓悟先生は、他大学に赴任されました。学内ではありますが、松本みゆき先生、齋藤芳子先生は他部局へ移動されました。東岡達也さんと森和大さんもセンターを離れられました。これまでのご尽力に感謝するとともに、今後も変わりなくセンターの活動のご協力いただけるようにお願いします。

 

 加藤 真紀（教授） 

今年度はメンバーの離職が多く、センターとしての変化を実感する一年となりました。同時にあまり考えずに受け入れていたことを見直す機会にもなりました。研究では、多くの高校を訪問し、日本から海外大学へ進学する生徒たちへのインタビュー調査を行いました。また、企業で働く博士人材に関する調査も着実に進展しています。これらの成果を皆さんと共有できる日を楽しみにしております。どうぞ良いお年をお迎えください。 

 

安部 有紀子（准教授） 

本年度も研究活動にご協力いただき、誠にありがとうございました。多くの挑戦を乗り越え、皆様とともに充実した一年を過ごせたことに感謝申し上げます。来年度も新しい発見と学びを重ね、より良い研究教育の環境を築いてまいりたいと思います。体調を崩しやすい時期ですので、どうぞお体に気をつけてお過ごしください。 

 

安田 淳一郎 （准教授） 

2025年度はセンターのスタッフの異動が重なり、昨年度より大幅に人数を減らした状況で職務に取り組むこととなりました。果たして乗り越えられるのか、と不安を覚えた時期もありましたが、業務の効率化と人数減によって生まれた結束（！）により、何とか無事に乗り越えられそうな道筋が見えてまいりました。新年には新たなメンバーを迎え、また新しい体制が始まります。人の出入りが激しい部局の宿命を感じた一年でしたが、それもまた新たな学びにつながった一年でもありました。 

 

 【新】 藤川 寛之 （研究員） 

はじめまして、2025年度より研究員として着任しました、藤川寛之と申します。専門は教育社会学であり、普段は教員や学生を対象に質的調査を行い、教育のデジタル化に対する認識について研究しています。センターではセミナーの運営補助や大学教育改革フォーラムin東海の事務局としての業務を担当しております。皆様とお会いする機会は少ないかもしれませんが、先生方の万全なサポートを築けるよう努めてまいります。

 Eisuke KITA, Dr. Eng.（Director）

I am Kita, the Director of Center for the Studies of Higher Education, Nagoya University. I have been working as CSHE Director since 2020. Since 1998, CSHE has contributed to improving education among universities by conducting faculty development (FD) and staff development (SD). Nagoya University and Gifu University have been integrated into the Tokai National Higher Education and Research System, and CSHE members are also actively working at the Tokai National Higher Education and Research System’s Academic Central.

Finally, I have to point our several people who moved from CSHE last year. Designated Associate Professor Yuichiro Wajima and Designated Assistant Professor Keigo Takenaga have been appointed at other universities. Designated Associate Professor Miyuki Matsumoto and Assistant Professor Yoshiko Saitoh have been transferred to the other departments of Nagoya University. Research Fellow Tatsuya Tooka and IT Assistant Kazuhiro Mori have left CSHE. We would like to thank them for their efforts and ask for their continued cooperation in CSHE's activities.

  

Maki KATO, PhD （Professor） 

Last year brought notable changes to our center, with several members moving on to new paths. At the same time, it offered a moment to pause and reflect—revisiting what we take for granted and identifying areas of inefficiency. In research, I visited many high schools to conduct interviews with students planning to study at universities abroad from Japan. We also made progress on our study of PhD holders working in industry. I look forward to the day I can share these findings with you. Wishing you a wonderful New Year! 

 

Yukiko ABE, PhD （Associate Professor）

Thank you very much for your cooperation in our research activities throughout last year. I am truly grateful for having spent a fulfilling year together with you, overcoming many challenges along the way. In the coming year, I hope to continue making new discoveries and learning, while building an even better environment for research and education. As this is a season when it is easy to fall ill, please take good care of your health. 

 

Junichiro YASUDA, PhD （Associate Professor） 

In academic year 2025, due to overlapping staff transfers at CSHE, we have had to carry out our duties with a significantly reduced number of staff compared to the previous year. There were times when we felt anxious about whether we would be able to overcome this situation. However, through improved operational efficiency and the sense of solidarity (!) that emerged from working with a smaller team, we have begun to see a path toward successfully getting through it. In the new year, we will welcome new members and begin operating under a new structure. It was a year in which we strongly felt the reality of working in a division with frequent personnel changes, but it was also a year that brought new learning and growth.

 

[New] Kanno FUJIKAWA （Research Fellow）

Nice to meet you. My name is Kanno Fujikawa, and I have joined as a research fellow starting in the 2025 academic year. My field of expertise is the sociology of education, and I usually conduct qualitative research focusing on faculty and students, studying their perceptions of the digitalization of education. At CSHE, I am responsible for assisting with seminar operations and serving as a secretariat member for the University Education Reform Forum in Tokai. Although I may not have many opportunities to meet you in person, I will do my best to provide thorough support for all faculty members.
